BOA ShamrockShuffle

The world famous GREEN MAN! finishing 29:00 last year, what about this year!? Also, great job to the 34,372 runners! Now you can drink!

Despite the recent 80F/27C Summer-like weather here in Chicago, Spring Commencement for me is the BOA Shamrock Shuffle. No practice as usual for me, indulge in reminiscence of previous years. But the first jogging practice starts today at this race towards the ChiTri. It's just to great to see the 8k event expanding now to two waves now!　　



第３３回BOAシャムの５マイルレースも３７，０００人越えの大レースに１８人で参戦。　ボディペイントやウィッグなければ２５分切るのではというスター名物のグリーンマンとも一緒に。　

ちょうど、日本からこられていて全米を周回中のお客様が漸くシカゴへ。　その走行距離は比較にならない泡を吹く距離です。
