Sewer Conduit

Regardless of the size, owning a commercial building isn't easy. We had to dig up to improve our sewer system today again... Feels like we are working our butts off for fixing things, and paying gas and insurance these days.

引き続き続々と日本からの来訪者方々が今日、明日、明後日、明々後日とそれぞれにシカゴ入りされてきます。　元々、シカゴにいた方々が戻られてくるのも嬉しい春です！

さて、近い将来、弊社駐車場のアスファルトの再舗装をしなければならない状況。
まずは陽気のいい時期にファンデーション、周辺からの取り組みから。　過去５０年で降水量も大きく変動してきている。　駐車場の下水につながる排水管の補修を実施。　サービスの質は勿論ですが、材料費抜きでも時給８０ドル程度の換算と高めですが、８０ドルかそれ以下なら合格というのが相場、ということで。（備忘録）
