Safely returned from Japan, brought back tons of claims and problems to the States. It was great to see the sales director flying in from Connecticut for the first in the morning to deal with the issues. We are all here just to do simple things, to solve the clients' problems and business/technical issues. People are lined up in both US and in Japan. Let's put everyone's mind into good practices.

As long as we have complaints from clients, and that they would be willing to tell us, we have room for improvement and more business. Drastic Kaizen reform is now inevitable to revamp the overseas manufacturers to make it regain a sense of vigilance."
