Reshoring Initiatives - Bringing manufacturing back home

I personally like the concept of bring back parts of manufacturing to the US by ReShoring Initiative, as we see and face the results of many countries spread across the world for off-shoring which caused the supply chain chaos in a way. In order to straighten this out, the combinations of object-oriented off-shoring and re-shoring need to be thought out. Especially, retaining the proper labor force and sustainability of both innovation and meister system are important. We hope to collaborate with the initiative to give & take to leverage the mutual resources to stabilize the supply-demand and sourcing efficiency. Some of the Japanese companies are well realiazing this and strategized to set the US as global hub.

アメリカのビジネスとテクノロジー

ここ数年の取り組みが功を奏して一部のアメリカでの製造業は労働者不足の状況が続いています。　リショアリングイニシアチブも各国で製造（加工・組立）した場合とアメリカでの場合との試算ツールを用意して、より、オブジェクト志向のオフショアリングやリショアリングを提唱しています。　

いくらアメリカの人口増が年間1％で年間300万台の自動車需要増があろうとも、これだけリージョナルにオフショア政策で散らばっていては、トータル製造のサプライチェーンや効率化・最適化の理想像からはかけ離れてくるのでは、と。　

アメリカでの製造業における65万人近い技能者不足との闘いになりますが（更に製造業が戻ってくることとなりそうですので）、逆にこの反動による不利益を蒙らないための施策も講じる必要がありそうです。
