Geared Up For Volunteers
Right, on top of my favorite diabetes socks, I've geared up with my pair of ankle weights (3rd version) and also HEAD Multi-Sport Gloves with SensaTEC. The ankle weights felt heavy during the volunteer today (thanks for 90 people or so volunteers!), but need to put some resistance on myself, as I keep getting older.
糖尿病靴下のその後。 アンクルウェイトがジョインしました。 たかが片足1kg程度なのでさほど重みもないので、寝てるとき以外は日常的に着用してます。 また、HEAD のセンサテック付のスマホグローブも何でこんなにスマホ画面によく反応するのか不思議なくらいに反応してくれるのでグッドです！ ボランティア、約90名の皆さん、お疲れ様でした！
