Happy Labor Day!
What does the Labor Day mean to Americans?
DOL marked it's 100 years history this year and 130 years since the first Labor Day. The union workers fell to 11% level, the lowest since 1916 could mean a bit tight work conditions and environments but more competitive work force will be growing for the country. I believe that in the long run, it had been over protective to the workers spoiling their talents and personal growth. But today, everyone deserves the rest.
