昨年のホワイトハウス訪問に続き、今年も８時間の大統領直轄のイニシアチブに参加で缶詰。 細かな話はおいおい、諸々の懸案はあるものの、アジア圏全体のムードはニッポンがダントツとなり、昨年とは大転換で相当な驚きでした。 これからがチャンスです。 尚、ニッポンの次は韓国とインドネシア・フィリピンだそうです。 てっきり、インドと中国色で一杯だと思っていました。 今回で、大分、アメリカ政府、役人やホワイトハウス側の方々と知り合いになってきた感じです。
参加者数も倍増されていてパワーアップしていて、日々の地道な努力が伝わってきていいことです。
次回への備忘録： 日本人にももっと参加してもらうべく、米国商務省に個人的な推薦者リストを提出してきました。 日本人が招聘されていないのは余りに寂し過ぎます。
