My 7th Triathlon. 6-Time Olympic Distance, 2-Indoors, and this was my first SPRINT Triathlon. Today's lesson: Don't underestimate the Sprint, don't underestimate triathlons, day-by-day you are getting older. Drown like I always do, eat rebound massively, and chilling out. Also, I thought I liked this new flow of PROs go first, then Olympic then to Sprint, better, but the wait time for the Sprint is too long and I wanted to get back to the Olympic Distance next year. Let's get into shape.

７回目のシカゴトライアスロン。　
今回はスポンサーが変わりすべての進行が変わってしまい、遅いスタートで楽な分、調整など違和感だらけなレースでした。　ランナーズや同窓会や会社の関係の方々、そして今回はインターンまでもがチャレンジ！　素晴らしいです！　初心忘れずにまたイチからはじめようかな。　当日はスタート前にスペシャルレースを見てみなで大感動しました。　年に何回か参加するレース、心身が引き締まる瞬間です。
