ちょっと古い本ですが、"Now, Discover Your Strength"を読んでます。　購読者サイトでの長〜いサーベイベースでの私の強みである5点の結果が掲題の通り表示されました。　強みを見出す重要性はわかるのですが、弱みに対するカイゼンなくして強みを伸ばせば弱みをもカバーすることはできるのか。　グローバル社員や人材が増えれば増えるほどに重要なトピックともなってきます。　理事会などが続きますが今週も頑張りましょう〜！
