Additive Manufacturing
So we needed to make many shells for our projects and trying to see if 3D prototyping and/or additive manufacturing can be used. Same ol' problema,,,all of these guys in the hot zones are too busy to deal with us now. We thought of going to our neighbor for alternative solutions. Fighting against our back in the wall, up against the edge of the cliff, the scarcity provide us squeeze new ideas and solutions. 製造業全般、、、加工会社も同様な傾向にあります。 積層系の製造ベンダーに申し入れをしたり新規施工プロトタイピングのプロジェクトを打診したりしてます。
特に単純なシャシー・ガワなどの製造は意外に手強いです。 10,000ロット以下の単純なプロトタイプ製造なので、発想変更しました。
弊社の米人がプラスチック成型・加工 → プラスチック形状・カッティング → 近所のサイネージ会社
に打診することがいいだろう、ということになり、全く別業界・分野でしたが、ベストプラックティスになりそうです。
