As everyone is getting busier and busier, we need to create the network of supporters and effective people and tie them up via a hotline!

アメリカでのボランティア活動のシステムは素晴らしいです。 ボランティアにおける指揮者やリーダーたちも最高。 ミクロマネージせずに、日本のややこしさ感もゼロで、ただ何が起こるか分からない状態で現場に集まる人々。 まさに軍隊方式です。 現場にて"Make the best judgement"と"Play it by ears"の大人な判断で判断や行動を委譲されて、ポイントだけを指示されます。 もはや手がまわらないので、
各地域での様々な団体のボランティアリーダーたちをネットワーク化してホットライン化していきたい。 最近、近視眼危機的状況から・・・・漸く理解してくださる日本人たちが少し増えだして来ています。 海外に出ると何倍も大人度合いが求められます。
