Triathlon Finishers!

Finished my 5th Chicago Triathlon! (without any practice....again!) I always say I will practice for it next year for sure. It was a memorable one, the 30th one, this year! Congratulations to all of the finishers and look forward to seeing you again next year! "If I can do it, YOU can do it too!"

何だか私がやっているから大丈夫だろうとドンドンと参加者が増えてきてます。爆　皆が健康的になってきてGREATです。

雨風の中、ぶっつけ本番、いきま〜っす！　５回目のシカゴトライアスロン（オリンピック・インターナショナル）に参戦。　毎年ぶっつけ本番、今年は最も何もしていない年。　ワークアウトの一環にしてはキツ過ぎます。　ベストタイムでしたが、良いバイクが欲しいです。　

来年はもっと凄いことにチャレンジとなりそう！
